1 to 1 coaching for stress and/or anxiety: for individual employees
For employees who may be particularly struggling with symptoms of stress and anxiety, I provide individual, 1:1 support via Shine For Wellbeing, my unique, six week programme of mindfulness-based therapeutic coaching.
The programme has been specifically designed to help reduce stress and/or anxiety as quickly as possible in the short term while also providing the tools to build longer term resilience.

Mindfulness in the workplace
More and more employers are choosing mindfulness as a way of supporting employee and organisational wellbeing.
