1 to 1 coaching for stress: for individual employees

For employees who may be particularly struggling with symptoms of stress, I provide individual, 1:1 support via Shine For Wellbeing, my unique, seven week programme of mindfulness-based therapeutic coaching.

The programme has been specifically designed to help reduce stress as quickly as possible in the short term while also providing the tools to build longer term resilience.

Mindfulness in the workplace

More and more employers are choosing mindfulness as a way of supporting employee and organisational wellbeing. Indeed, research suggests that mindfulness can help to: reduce stress and anxiety, increase emotional intelligence, improve focus, enhance relationships, boost creativity, develop clarity of thought and decrease interpersonal conflict.
