For employees who may be particularly struggling with symptoms of stress and anxiety, we offer individual, 1:1 support via Shine For Wellbeing, our unique, six week programme of mindfulness-based therapeutic coaching.
The programme has been specifically designed to help reduce stress and/or anxiety as quickly as possible in the short term while also providing the tools to build longer term resilience.
