With so many of us spending more time at home, this is the perfect time to sign up to a virtual Pilates or yoga class, try your hand at model-making or drawing, develop a new business skill, or learn a new language.

When we work towards something new and desirable, it creates interest, gives us something worthwhile to focus on, rewards us with a fantastic sense of achievement and gives us a boost of the happy chemical, dopamine.
