It is particularly suitable for those experiencing stress and anxiety or for those who want to learn a new, more effective way of dealing with life's challenges.

The course is both for complete beginners to mindfulness as well as for those who have attended another 8 week course and would like to experience a different teaching approach.

If you’re presently living with stress and/or anxiety, or you know somebody who is, then come along to one of our short workshops or seminars. Each workshop or seminar is designed to help you understand more about the nature of stress and/or anxiety and to gain tips and information for helpful ways of dealing with these challenges.

Introduction to mindfulness: New date just released
